FAQ



Do I need to be home when my order arrives?
Yes, while your order will be refrigerated on the way to your house, we kindly ask that you are home upon arrival, as the food is refrigerated in the delivery vehicle packaging is only made of cardboard and therefore is not insulated. 

Are your meals fresh?
Yes! Unless you select the frozen option which is available on some meals

Can your meals be frozen?
Yes! All of our meals can be frozen, typically lasting up to 2 months in the freezer.

Do your meals contain animal products?
Nope! Our products however are made in the same kitchen as food that is not vegan, so we cannot guarantee 100% that there are no traces of non vegan items.

Can I make changes to an order after I’ve placed it?
Of course, if the order is placed at least 2 days before the delivery day alterations can be made. Email us at herbivorepantry@gmail.com with your alterations and we will be in touch to confirm your changes within a few hours.

Can I change the date of my order after I have submitted it? 
Yes, you can change the arrival date up to 24 hours before delivery. Email us at herbivorepantry@gmail.com and we will be in touch quickly to confirm your change. 

What are your delivery fees?
Delivery is completely free for orders over $85, otherwise delivery is a flat rate of $20.
